Have you bought a Windows Phone 8 but you can't download apps or games from the Store because it keeps asking you to set up My Family event though you are 100 years old? Every time you try to sign in using with your Microsoft Account or primary Windows Live it appears an error message telling you have inserted the wrong password though you inserted the right one? It appears a strange error code?

If you have an email account which doesn't belong to Microsoft, for example: yahoo; gmail; sky; alice; tiscali; tim etc you will need to make it compatible with Microsoft service and insert all the required information.
