Your Micro SD card is not shown on Windows Phone 8 Section in order to install apps manually.

Id SD Card option is not shown in Store section in your Windows Phone 8 your will need to be patience a lot and follow the below sequence until the SD Card option appears.

1. On your phone go to Settings>Phone Storage.
2. Tap SD Card.
3. Tap Remove SD Card.
4. Turn off the phone.
5. Take out the SD card.
6. Turn on the phone.
7. Turn off the phone.
8. Insert the SD card into the phone again.
9. Turn on the phone and check if SD Card option appear on phone Store section.
10. If no repeat the steps from point 1.
